Lots More Summer Dates Announced!

Adored Mailing List Recipients,

We’re pleased to present to you a second leg of summer tour dates.  We’ll begin the run near home in Jacksonville, OR on July 19, then play shows on our way east for a return to the Newport Folk Festival.  We’ll close the run with shows at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles (August 12) and the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival in San Francisco (August 13).  Also, as next week’s show sold out so quickly, we’ve added another Stubb’s show in Austin to the summer run.

A limited pre-sale for many of these dates is now underway here.  Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday morning at 10am ET.  See our tour page for a list of all of the announced Popes of Pendarvia World Tour dates, including the tour that’s currently underway (for which very limited tickets are available).  We’ll be joined on many of these dates by Seattle’s The Head and the Heart and on others by fellow Portland band Typhoon.  Caitlin Rose will open the Austin show.

As you may have seen, we released the video for “This Is Why We Fight” last week.  The video, which was conceived and directed by the immensly talented Aaron Stewart-Ahn is available to watch in a few different places, depending on your location. If you’re in Europe, you can watch the video here.  If you’re anywhere else, watch the video here.  It’s also available for purchase on iTunes.  In case you missed it, we played “This is Why We Fight” on Jimmy Kimmel Live and it’s streaming here.
